Quality as a core principle

Quality is a fundamental value at Eurgomma. Every project we develop, both for the present and the future, is built around this principle.

In November 2017 Eurgomma successfully achieved the ISO TS 16949 quality certification and has since been continuously working to align its processes with the requirements of the new IATF 16949 standard.

Within this framework, we have implemented new business management software and introduced advanced equipment and instruments to support an innovative in-line process control system.

The information collected is internally analysed to support continuous improvement and is made available to customers as evidence of the effectiveness of our Quality Control Plan.

In 2016 a new automatic line for washing, selection and packaging of flat gaskets and O-rings was introduced.

Surface inspection systems verify the absence of impurities, holes, cuts and flashes.

Eurgomma has also established a new metrological laboratory equipped with advanced instruments for density, hardness, tensile strength, elongation and dimensional measurements.
